The most Fairy tale shoes I have ever seen. Fire Heels

This is an article about a pair of the first pair of high heels that I would love to own.

These pumps, crafted by Mexican designer Lucita Abarca, caused quite a stir at a recent Sixth Borough fashion show. These crystalline high-heels were grown by Wyrm’s Pass artisans, deep below the Rocky Mountains, using a mixture of firebird ash, waters from the springs at Paradiso, and a variety of secret ingredients, rumored to include Australian fire opals and powdered moonstone. The result of using the firebird ash become immediately recognizable when the heel of the shoe is dragged backward across any dry surface, as it creates an impressive streak of magical fire which can be accurately aimed with a little effot. Ms. Abarca said she wanted a shoe that made a statement, and that statement was “Any bastardo brujo catcalling me on La Plaza de Sangre better be ready to dose his huevos, you know?”

Paris is the city of light, love and croissant. Beautiful, fresh and like well applied lipstick difficult to replicate. The patisserie, baguettes and from age. What is not to love? Like a classy love affair amour is always in style in Paris.

Being creative is indeed a process. Inspiration is elusive, it may be a headline in another language, a piece of art that you find beautifully hideous, an experience or movie that records a time or feeling in your life. A photograph that captures an idea or the extraordinary. It may be driving past the house you grew up in as a child. I find music an endless inspiration, re reading the books that sit on my bookshelf and sketching when I have the time. I find cooking my current way to relax also watching English films about France. The BBC show the Little Paris Kitchen is also my favorite. So I search for that taste, smell or sound that will start the words and the emotions behind them. x Clare

Why I love Nigella.

I love Nigella Lawson. Foodie, Cook and domestic goddess of butter and cream.

She is the comfort cook. You can actually make her food as long as you are not afraid of double cream and melted Lindt chocolate. Whatever she is cooking it will be good. As life gets harder and more stressed the idea of butter brandy chicken and beef tagine with olives sounds like a perfect solution to dinner party drama.
Nigella you are curvy, and make deep fried bacon the perfect choice for lunch.
The inspiration for Amarula carrot cake and sticky toffee pudding.
That’s how to eat!
